PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Who is it aimed at?

This service is aimed at companies looking for improve operational efficiency through the digitization and automation of its internal processes

Minimum functionalities and services

  • Hours for training on defining the specifics of marketing processes, as well as for data loading
  • Minimum users: – 10 users for Segment 1. – 3 users for Segment 2. – 1 user for Segment 3
  • The solution must enable the digitization and/or automation of comprehensive processes such as: accounting/finance, invoicing, projects, inventory, purchasing and payments, human resources, logistics, fleet management, among others
  • Integration with various platforms
  • Upgradable and scalable
  • It must allow the beneficiary to ensure compliance with the Regulation governing the invoicing obligations of Royal Decree 1619/2012, as well as any applicable regulations

We offer management programs tailored to various industries. Each program is offered with different training and licensing options. All include:
  • Training hours for data definition and loading
  • Access for 10 users (Segment 1), 3 users (Segment 2) and 1 user (Segment 3)
  • Automation of key processes such as accounting, invoicing, projects, inventory, purchasing, human resources, logistics and fleet management through an ERP
  • Integration with various platforms
  • Continuous updates and scalability
  • Compliance with regulations such as the Regulation of Royal Decree 1619/2012
  • Technical support and maintenance throughout the year
